The Region of Peel asked us to create an employee engagement campaign to help raise funds for United Way. A deep dive into the current status of United Way donation activity in the region through indepth interviews with employees from multiple disciplines revealed valuable insights into donor activity. Through on-site posters that celebrated individuals and their contributions not only to United Way but to the Region of Peel as well through their jobs in the region, employees were showcased as difference makers in the community. The 100% participation theme acknowledged their efforts which garnered increased participation.
